Sumlora hesabını ve verilerini istediğin zaman, uygulamadan veya e-postayla silebilirsin.

Uygulamadan

Sumlora’yı aç ve giriş yap.
Profil → Hesabı sil bölümüne git.
Onay kutusunu işaretle, onay kelimesini yaz ve Hesabı sil’e dokun.

Uygulama olmadan

Hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden, konu satırına “Hesabımı sil” yazarak [email protected] adresine e-posta gönder. Talebi doğrular ve hesabı en geç 30 gün içinde, genellikle çok daha kısa sürede sileriz.

Neler silinir

Hesabın ve giriş bilgilerin, profilin (ad ve dil ayarları), açtığın kitaplar, okuma ilerlemen, kaydettiğin kitaplar ve dersler, notların ve adımlarıyla birlikte kişisel eylemlerin. Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.

Neler kalabilir

Şifreli yedekler ve sunucu kayıtları, en fazla 30 gün; sonra tamamen silinir.
Cihazındaki misafir verileri, uygulamayı kaldırana veya verilerini temizleyene kadar.

Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple Kimliği ayarlarından Sumlora için Apple ile girişi kullanmayı da durdurabilirsin.

Account Deletion

Effective date: October 17, 2026

You can delete your Sumlora account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

Open Sumlora and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete account.
Tick the confirmation box, type the confirmation word and tap Delete account.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your account and login details, profile (name and language settings), unlocked books, reading progress, saved books and lessons, notes, and personal actions with their steps. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may remain

Encrypted backups and server logs, for up to 30 days, after which they are erased.
Guest data on your device, until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple sign-in for Sumlora in your Apple ID settings.
