Kullanım Şartları

Sumlora’yı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.

1. Hizmet

Sumlora, Türkiye’de bireysel geliştirici olarak faaliyet gösteren Arın Okşaş tarafından sunulur. Kitaplardan esinlenen özetler, temel dersler ve uygulanabilir eylemlerin yanı sıra not alma, kaydetme ve eylem takibi gibi kişisel araçlar sunar. Sumlora bağımsız bir hizmettir; ele aldığı kitapların yazarları veya yayınevleriyle bağlantılı değildir ve onlar tarafından onaylanmamıştır.

2. Kimler kullanabilir

Hesap açmak için en az 13 yaşında ya da ülkendeki dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse o yaşta olmalısın. 18 yaşından küçüksen bir velinin veya vasinin bu şartları kabul ettiğini onaylamış olursun.

3. Hesabın

Bazı özellikleri misafir olarak kullanabilirsin; diğerleri hesap gerektirir. Giriş bilgilerini güvende tut ve yetkisiz erişimden şüphelenirsen [email protected] adresine bildir. Hesabında yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin.

4. Ücretsiz hizmet ve gelecekteki ücretli özellikler

Sumlora şu an ücretsizdir. Misafir kullanım belirli sayıda kitap ve özellikle sınırlıdır. İleride isteğe bağlı ücretli üyelikler veya özellikler sunabiliriz. Fiyatlar ve ödeme koşulları satın almadan önce açıkça gösterilir; açık onayın olmadan hiçbir zaman ücret alınmaz.

6. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet

Sumlora’daki özetler, dersler, eylemler, tasarım ve yazılım bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Bunları uygulama içinde kişisel, devredilemez ve ticari olmayan şekilde kullanma hakkı veririz. Kitap adları, yazar adları ve kapak görselleri ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir ve yalnızca ele alınan eseri tanıtmak için gösterilir. Ayrıntılar: Telif ve İçerik Politikası.

Notların ve kişisel eylemlerin sana aittir. Bunları yalnızca sana hizmet sunmak amacıyla saklamamıza ve eşitlememize izin verirsin.

7. Yapay zekâ destekli içerik ve profesyonel tavsiye olmaması

İçeriklerin bir kısmı yapay zekâ araçlarının yardımıyla hazırlanır ve hata ya da eksik içerebilir. İçerikler genel bilgilendirme ve kişisel gelişim amaçlıdır; tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki, finansal veya başka bir profesyonel tavsiye değildir ve kitabın kendisini okumanın yerine geçmez. 8. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler

Özellikleri veya içerikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabilir, bakım için hizmeti geçici olarak durdurabiliriz. Sumlora şu an ücretsiz olduğundan hizmeti sonlandırabiliriz de; bu durumda makul bir süre önceden haber vermeye çalışırız.

9. İhlaller ve hesabın kapatılması

Bu şartların ihlal edildiğini tespit edersek ihlalin ağırlığına göre şu adımları uygulayabiliriz:

  1. Uyarı: ilk ve hafif ihlallerde seni e-postayla bilgilendiririz.
  2. Geçici kısıtlama: belirli özelliklere (ör. içerik açma, eşitleme) erişimi bir süre sınırlayabiliriz.
  3. Askıya alma: tekrarlayan ihlallerde hesabını süreli olarak askıya alabiliriz.
  4. Kalıcı kapatma: ciddi veya ısrarlı ihlallerde hesabını kapatabiliriz.

İçerikleri otomatik araçlarla toplamak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, hizmeti aksatmak veya hukuka aykırı kullanım gibi ciddi ihlallerde önceki adımları atlayarak doğrudan askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti ve diğer kullanıcıları korumak için gerektiğinde önceden bildirim yapmadan da harekete geçebiliriz; mümkün olduğunda nedenini sonradan bildiririz.

Bir kararın hatalı olduğunu düşünüyorsan [email protected] adresine yazarak itiraz edebilirsin; talebini inceleyip yanıtlarız. Kapatılan bir hesabın verileri Hesap Silme sayfasındaki sürelere göre silinir; yasal yükümlülükler veya bir uyuşmazlık için gereken kayıtlar ilgili süre boyunca saklanabilir. Kurallardan kaçmak için yeni hesap açmak yasaktır.

Sen de Sumlora’yı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin.

10. Sorumluluğun reddi ve sınırı

Sumlora “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan ya da içeriğe güvenilmesinden doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu veya tüketici olarak sahip olduğun zorunlu hakları sınırlamaz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir ve uyuşmazlıklarda Muğla mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciysen ikamet ettiğin ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden yararlanmaya ve başvurunu orada yapmaya devam edebilirsin.

12. Şartlardaki değişiklikler

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürümü burada yayınlar, önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde bildiririz. Sonrasında Sumlora’yı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

By using Sumlora you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

Sumlora is provided by Arın Okşaş, an individual developer based in Türkiye. It offers book summaries, key lessons and practical actions inspired by books, plus personal tools such as notes, saves and action tracking. Sumlora is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the authors or publishers of the books it covers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.

3. Your account

You can use some features as a guest; others require an account. Keep your login details secure and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

4. Free service and future paid features

Sumlora is currently free. Guest use is limited to a set number of books and features. We may introduce optional paid subscriptions or premium features in the future. Prices and payment terms will be shown clearly before any purchase, and you will never be charged without your explicit authorisation.

Sumlora's summaries, lessons, actions, design and software belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use them within the app. Book titles, author names and cover images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the works discussed. Your notes and personal actions remain yours. You let us store and sync them solely to provide the service to you.

7. AI-assisted content and no professional advice

Some content is prepared with the help of AI tools and may contain errors or omissions. Content is for general information and personal development only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not replace reading the original book. See our AI Content Disclaimer.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features or content, and may suspend the service for maintenance. Because Sumlora is currently free, we may also discontinue it; if so, we will try to give reasonable notice.

9. Breaches and termination

If we find that these terms have been breached, we may take the following steps depending on how serious the breach is:

  1. Warning: for first or minor breaches, we notify you by email.
  2. Temporary restriction: we may limit access to certain features (for example unlocking content or sync) for a period.
  3. Suspension: for repeated breaches, we may suspend your account for a set time.
  4. Permanent closure: for serious or persistent breaches, we may close your account.

For serious breaches, such as scraping content with automated tools, trying to bypass security, disrupting the service or unlawful use, we may skip earlier steps and suspend or close the account directly. Where needed to protect the service and other users, we may act without prior notice; where possible, we will tell you the reason afterwards.

If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal by writing to [email protected]; we will review your request and reply. Data of a closed account is deleted according to the timelines on the Account Deletion page; records needed for legal obligations or a dispute may be kept for the required period. Creating a new account to get around these rules is not allowed.

You may stop using Sumlora and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sumlora is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Muğla, Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Sumlora after that means you accept the new terms.
